Departure from hotel towards Petropolis, the scenery along the road up to the Organ Mountains becomes a wonder of tropical color, due to the diversity of its exotic flora. Known as Imperial City, where Pedro II built his Summer Palace. Residents and visitors still ride horse-drawn carriages through the streets of the city. Visit to the interior of the Imperial Palace, the Cathedral, Cristal Palace, Santos Dumont House (credit by Brazilians and Europeans as inventor of the airplane), Catholic University and Quitandinha Palace. Lunch included at barbecue restaurant.
