From Belo Horizonte
Departures Saturdays

The objective of this package is to show the contrasts between old colonial and modern Brazil, visiting historical sites and the contrast of the modern architecture.
 

Day 1 – Sat - Belo Horizonte
Arrival in Belo Horizonte. Transfer to the hotel. Rest of day/night free.
 

Day 2 – Sun - Belo Horizonte
Day at own. Suggestion of an optional City Tour.
 

Day 3 - Mon - Belo Horizonte / Congonhas / São João del Rei / Tiradentes
Departure in the morning to Congonhas. Visit to the prophets of the soapstone, which more known artist is Aleijadinho. Continuation to São João del Rei. Visit the Saint Francisco of Assis Church, the Railroad Museum and Our Lady of Pilar Church. Continue to Tiradentes. Arrival and overnight. Lunch included.
 

Day 4 – Tue - Tiradentes / Mariana / Ouro Preto
Visit to Tiradentes and continuation to Ouro Preto, going through Mariana where we will visit the city. Lunch. Arrival at Ouro Preto and overnight.
 

Day 5 – Wed - Ouro Preto / Belo Horizonte / Brasília
In the morning visit to Ouro Preto and its historical monuments. Lunch.. Then, transfer to the airport in Belo Horizonte to board on flight to Brasilia. Arrival, assistance and transfer in to the hotel. Overnight.
 

Day 6- Thu - Brasilia
Departure for City Tour, going through the Eixo Monumental, Cathedral, Palacio do Governo, Congress and Ministery buildings, TV tower. Rest of day at own.
 

Day 7 - Fri – Brasilia/ Salvador
Breakfast and transfer to the airport and flights to Salvador. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Rest of day at won.

Day 8 – Sat - Salvador
Morning Historical City tour. Return to the hotel and day at own activities.
 

Day 9 – Sun – Salvador
At scheduled time, transfer to the airport.
